This family of additional box-units is destined for vehicles equipped with a classic injection pump of Bosch VP 37or Lucas brand. The increase in power is obtained by dynamic adaptation of the reaction of the quantity regulator of the injection pump to the command unit, enabling the command unit to correct the quantity of fuel injected. It is thus by indirect and recalculated priming of the injection pump that the extra power is obtained. See an example of a power curve
